We Welcome You to
Emmanuel Lutheran Church

Located at the corner of Wilmington Pike and Rahn Road in Kettering, OH, we invite you to join us each weekend as we attempt to live out our Mission of "Glorifying God, Knowing Him, and Sharing His love and grace."  Please visit our Worship page to find out more about our service structure.

What to Expect

Here at Emmanuel, we focus on Worship, Discipleship Training, and Ministry with the purpose of fulfilling the Great Commission and being "A Family for Everyone."
Our Worship Life is normally expressed in both our traditional "Classic Grace" service and our more contemporary "Living Praise" service.  As Lutheran Christians, we include the liturgical elements of Lutheran Worship, focused on both Word and Sacrament, in both of our services.
(If you're visiting during one of the church holiday seasons--Advent, Christmas, Lent, or Easter--be sure to visit our Worship page to check for special service times.)
Our Discipleship training offers a wide range of study topics, all centered around scripture, with the purpose of equipping members and visitors of all ages to gain a deeper understanding of the Gospel message, preparing them to carry the Good News to the World.
Finally, through Missions and Outreach, rooted in our Connection Groups, our members engage in opportunities to live out the Great Commission and go out into the world to spread the Gospel.

Who to Expect

We come from all over the Dayton area.  We are families and singles, young and old, lifelong Lutherans and new believers...but the one thing we have in common is our desire to share God's love in our local community and throughout the world!
