Fellowship Groups are friendly gatherings of approximately 25 adult members who meet once-a-month at the church or in a group member’s home. Typical activities include a pot-luck meal, fellowship, singing of worship songs, a topical Bible Study and discussion, prayer, and planning for occasional Missional or outreach projects. Missional project examples include preparing and serving a meal for a church event, blessing a needy family with gifts at Christmas, and collecting special clothing items for the community.
As members of Fellowship Groups are encouraged to also be a part of a Connection Group, they serve as a means of assimilation of new members into the ELC Church Family and a stepping stone to a Connection Group or supplemental to Connection Group involvement. New Members are always welcome.
